About Us

We’re three very different women, a lawyer, a financial adviser and a lecturer, but we have one thing in common.

We are on a mission to help women navigate their menopause, by having a Vibrant Confident and Fearless attitude to life.

This is not a place where we give advice on how best to manage your symptoms or debate the pros and cons of HRT. Frankly, there are more qualified people out there who can do this for you. What we are about is learning how to manage this transition with positivity and courage and having as much fun as you can along the way.

Three years ago, as peri-menopausal women, we were trying to manage a range of symptoms that we were quite unprepared for. At the same time, we became aware that we have less life ahead of us than we now have behind us. That’s quite a thought. Rather than let this get us down, we decided we have a choice on how we approach this phase of life. Why not with Vibrancy, Confidence and Fearlessness.

But how could we put this into practice? What about 50 challenges in our fifties? The three of us agreed to write a list of 20 challenges each and then get together to agree on the 50 we’d take forward. The only criteria was they had to be classified as Vibrant, Confident or Fearless.

They range from the sublime to the ridiculous. Tandem jumping with the Red Arrows is an example of Fearless, pose as a life model is Confidence and make something we can wear in public is Vibrant.

We’d like to invite you to come on a journey with us. To create your own challenges and join a group of like-minded women who recognise that while menopause can be a difficult time of life, it can also be a time of great beginnings and new adventures.

We should warn you this isn’t for everybody. You have to be a Hell Yeah, not a Hell No kind of woman.
